well I took a look at the code and just can't find the problem. I guess you are use Chrome console. It says that there's a header closing tag after the footer but there is no header closing tag in my index file after the footer, the header closing tag is placed way before the footer. I guess that there is a problem in the moduletable class.

I did assign it to a menu item, it still doesn't appear.

I tried to put the code you gave my on a lot of different places. But it is still showing. Could this maybe be a wrong option in the configuration ? Thank you very much for all the effort!

@Lodder Well, it did not go away, but I found something very strange, what i did is just unpublished every module I had. After that my web-page was completely empty, it also removed the latest news. But if I add a module, for example the carousel, the latest news comes back in the left upper corner.(The module is not made by the Mini Frontpage, it is just a standard joomla latest article module)

Thanks, Alright I tried that, the problem is that there is no editing icon for the module itself, there are icons for the articles. So if i try to edit something, it will edit the article not the module.
