coding since 1979 (8080 assembler)(and a bit of Fortran at college in 1971). Never had a "computer" job title, software just became a larger part of my jobs until it was most of it. Since retiring just do php, mysql, javascript for my own entertainment and Joomla 3 for own purposes and my websites. No intention to learn any fashionable new languages or switch to Joomla 4 - what would be the point? If it ain't broke don't fix it.
