past few weeks I was unable to login using my admin user - it gave 503 ... recently i cam to know another user - who isnt the admin can login into administrator panel.
Can please some help suggest the cause of this Reson ??

503 is either a server config error or a performance issue. Presumably something has changed with your hosting, or someone has changed your local php.ini file or something like that. I guess someone with fewer privileges than you that has backend access might be able to login without hitting the error. Are you the main admin of the site and are thus trying to fix this yourself, or do you have server/hosting support to ask? – jamesgarrett Mar 5 '17 at 1:42

Most likely the problem is caused by a system plugin. Try disabling your non-core system plugins one by one until the problem is no more.
