I would also add turn GZIP off as on some of my hosted accounts switching error_reporting to maximum breaks if GZIP is left on. And I would also consider breaking it into sections, 'What to and how to Check', 'Changes you can make to get more diagnostics' & 'Things to do to isolate the issue'. Depends on the audience and whether you are looking for a step by step or flowchart or just a primer for a manual/documentation to point people in the right direction. | |
