That would work, but you may want to also specify the layout of the category like so: index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=145 @Reygoch

Ah yes, I forgot about that. I'm assuming I can get category SEF URL by writing index.php?option=com_content&view=category&id=145?
